The Short Story

We are a fourth generation family farm with it roots and core being dairy.  Our growth has come from years of  responsible and ethical stewardship of our cattle and land that support our family.  There are currently 7 family members involved in the farming operation that we continue to grow for the next generation.  Cross breeding some of our Holstein cattle with Wagyu sires for our own personal use we could not believe the flavor and quality of the meat.  We started breeding more of these "American Wagyu" animals and selling mostly to friends.  The feed back was so positive and the satisfaction of providing direct from our farm to people's tables so rewarding that this venture has grown.  We now have a facility to offer this premium meat (Jones Farm Station) with plans to expand this new venture into processing milk and offering other local ag products.  We want people to be connected to their food and understand modern day agriculture.  For more of the story click the link below.  Stay tuned!
