The Short Story

We are a fourth-generation family farm, rooted in dairy and built on responsible, ethical stewardship of our cattle and land. Over the years, our growth has been guided by these principles, ensuring that our farm continues to support our family.

Today, seven family members are actively involved in the farming operation, working to preserve and expand it for future generations. When we crossbred some of our Holstein cattle with Wagyu sires for personal use, we were amazed by the flavor and quality of the meat. That discovery led us to breed more of these "American Wagyu" cattle and initially sell to friends. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the satisfaction of providing food directly from our farm to people's tables was incredibly rewarding. As a result, this venture has flourished.

We now have a dedicated facility—Jones Farm Station—where we offer this premium meat, with exciting plans to expand into milk processing and other local agricultural products. Our goal is to help people feel connected to their food and gain a deeper understanding of modern agriculture.
